So I was reading some of the stuff one of my Mentors, Craig Ballantyne, published about leadership and I have to say it is pretty good.
I am a firm believer that leadership is something that cannot be taught. These are skills which one possesses innately and can be developed. In the online world people are looking to be well lead as it is information they seek from someone they believe to be a credible source...You!

If you want to make more money online, then become a leader. Here's why...
If you've never been to a dog park, here's what happens.
One dog starts sniffing a certain area on the grass. The next thing you know, there's 6 dogs sniffing the same spot. Only ONE of them knows why, and the other 5 are just following.
Why?
Because dogs follow the leader.
And PEOPLE are the same way.
On my fat loss member's forum, my Turbulence Training clients are debating whether fruit makes you fat. And they are finding experts online giving all types of opinions.
Opinions that DIFFER from mine.
But I am the LEADER there...so I gave my opinion and told them that I am right, and everyone else is wrong.
No wishy-washy, "Well, it depends on the circumstances and the color of the fruit and whether or not you ate goat protein with it and whether it was in your 14.6 minute post-workout window of opportunity..."
None of that.
Just a straight cut-and-dried proclamation from their leader.
And they LOVE IT.
Because now the conflict is solved in their minds. Then can go on to other things.
And that's what you have to do as a leader for your niche.
People are looking for leaders.
Especially in these turbulent times.
People want ANSWERS.
They want to follow someone with confidence.
They want folks like these OSP members...

Visualize Success - Make Cash Online
How bad do you want to succeed?
Whether it is in the cage, on the street or in your daily business, If you don't see yourself succeed it simply will not happen.
There are a series of steps you must go through in order to properly visualize success.
1. Find time to remain undisturbed for at least 5 - 30 minutes
2. Break down the process
- your brain reviews and processes information in segments so you must break up your visualization in segments.
If you are a fighter then break down your fight into successful combinations landing through to seeing your hand raised in the middle of the cage at the end of the fight.
If you are a SWAT or Spec Operator see each phase of your operation from execution to successful conclusion
If you are starting an online or offline business then see yourself taking action and implementing each of your ideas from start to finish
3. Repeat this process as often as you can.
Visualization has lead to every success I have ever had whether it was achieving a gold medal in wrestling, to winning the Commandant's Shield as a top Soldier to starting a successful online business.
The process works for whatever you want to succeed at.

How It All Started
Like most online entrepreneurs my journey started with Ebay. I developed a way to make a home made slurpee machine and wanted to bring it to the world! I put the plans on Ebay and they were a huge success.
It wasn't too long before some un ethical hooligans tried to hijack my account. One guy even tried to suggest the pictures were of his girlfriend but he didn't realize they were of my wife!...anyways, long story.
After all of the copy cats I decided to give the plans away for free and I still get emails from people building them...it makes me laugh but so many have gotten enjoyment out of them.
So what does this mean to you...well the point is I have gone through a lot of trial and error to figure out the best ways to make cash online and create Online Super Wealth
